Cancellation Policy
Conference cancellation requests will be subject to a service charge of	Rs. 1000.00	$ 50.00
Cancellation requests received after 01st January, 2008 or no-shows are subject to	No Refund
In case of cancellation all refunds will be made between	15th January to 31st January, 2008
